Made from ISO certified WC-Co alloy (Tungsten Carbide - Cobalt), our blades are designed for extreme industrial environments. Hardness: 92HRA (ISO 3878 standard), 30% harder than standard High Speed Steel (HSS) blades, maintaining edge stability even at 800°C (ASTM E21 test).
 
According to ISO 10824 standard test, the blade of this product can withstand more than 500 hours of continuous processing on stainless steel, and its service life is twice that of ordinary carbide blades. After actual verification on the automotive forging production line, the blade can still maintain dimensional accuracy under 300 MPa cutting force conditions - especially suitable for heavy industrial scenarios such as aerospace titanium alloy processing and oil and gas pipeline manufacturing.
